These terms apply to purchases of The Fertility Clarity Journal and its included digital resources through fertilitybyhannah.com and hannah-gammage.themamacoach.com. They are separate from the official rules for the Fertility Clarity Journal Giveaway.

1. What your purchase includes

The Fertility Clarity Journal is a digital product.

A purchase includes:

- A fillable PDF version of the journal.

- An annotation-friendly PDF version for use in a compatible PDF annotation app.

- A printable PDF version.

- The Fertility Journey Financial Tracker, provided as a Google Sheets template.

- Access to Journal Access & Quick-Start Guide PDF

All three journal PDF formats are included. They contain the journal’s core content in different formats. Information entered into one PDF does not automatically appear in another.

No printed journal or other physical item is included.

2. Price and payment

The price, currency, and any applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is processed through the payment method and checkout provider shown at checkout.

Your purchase is a one-time payment unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.

3. Digital delivery and access

After successful payment, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. The email will include the Journal Access & Quick-Start Guide PDF as an attachment.

The guide contains links to the journal files, the Google Sheets copy link, and the instruction videos. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.

You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking your inbox, spam, or promotions folders. If you do not receive the access email or cannot open a file, contact us at [email protected].

The Google Sheets tracker is a template stored in Google Drive. Use its Make a copy link to save your own copy to your Google account. Google account and service requirements may apply.

4. Technical requirements

The journal files are PDFs. The fillable version requires a PDF reader that supports interactive form fields; Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended.

The annotation-friendly version requires a PDF annotation app that supports importing and marking up PDFs. App features and compatibility vary.

The fillable PDF does not automatically keep separate copies on different devices synchronized. If you use it on more than one device, keep the file in a storage location that syncs across those devices, or transfer the latest saved file before using it elsewhere.

You are responsible for checking that your device, software, and internet connection meet these requirements before use. Contact us if a file appears corrupted or a supplied access link does not work.

5. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the journal files and tracker for your personal use. You may print pages for your personal use and share your completed pages with your healthcare provider or care team.

You may not resell, publish, distribute, sublicense, or share the blank journal files or tracker with others, or remove copyright or ownership notices. The materials remain the intellectual property of HG MAMA COACH LLC.

6. Educational purpose; no medical advice

The Fertility Clarity Journal and its accompanying resources are for educational and organizational purposes only. They are designed to help you organize information and prepare questions for conversations with your healthcare provider.

They do not diagnose infertility, interpret laboratory results, recommend or prescribe treatment, or replace personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Your individual results and treatment options should be discussed with your licensed healthcare provider.

7. Refund policy

The Fertility Clarity Journal and its included resources are digital products. Because digital files can’t be returned once delivered, all sales are final after digital delivery begins, except where a refund is required by law.

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

- You were charged more than once for the same order.

- You were charged but did not receive access.

- A file is corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement.

We may ask for your order number and a description of the problem so we can investigate. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to payment-provider processing times.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted where you live.

8. Privacy

The information collected during checkout and delivery is handled as described in our [Privacy Policy link]. Payment details are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase, except where a change is required by law.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
